Castrol has expanded the portfolio of training courses it offers to distributors and workshops operating in the commercial vehicle sector.
These courses have been designed to help sales teams, service managers and mechanics improve leadership capabilities, enhance sales skills and boost familiarity with Castrol products.
The online and face-to-face training solutions can be accessed through Castrol’s Learning Campus, which can be found here. A range of modules are available, from technical tutorials for technicians and workshop managers, to video sessions for sales agents and front-of-house staff to improve customer service and facilitate upselling.
Key training topics include leadership, building value, communication, planning, digital and traditional marketing, self-development and team building. Training modules and courses also cover the importance of ethics and compliance, to rules relating to health, safety, security and environmental requirements. Online learners have the option of experiencing a behind-the-scenes virtual tour of Castrol’s Technology Centre in Pangbourne, Berkshire.
Castrol’s training looks at how teams can promote the brand’s various commercial vehicle products, including Castrol’s CRB and Vecton lubricants and Transmax transmission fluids.
Additionally, tailored online webinars and face-to-face training sessions can be provided, with each course delivered by Castrol’s pan-European team of Technical Service Specialists who deliver training aligned with the specific needs of personnel at individual customer sites.
