MAHA UK has announced British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC) star, John Bowler, will be part of its exhibition at Road Transport Expo (RTX) 2025.
John, who runs the Bowler Racing team alongside his family-run haulage company, will join the MAHA UK contingent of Neil Ebbs, Luke Fuller, James Thompson and Louis Tunmore on Thursday – the final day of the three-day event. There, he will pose for photographs with visitors, give tours of the colossal five-tonne truck that produces 1,000bhp and sign merchandise.
While John will make his appearance on Thursday, his MAN TGX will be the focal point of MAHA UK’s stand when the show’s doors open on Tuesday.
MAHA UK’s equipment will also be on display, headlined this year by the MBT 7250 commercial brake tester with rising roller bed option.
Updated regulations and the emphasis on using premium workshop equipment will be the collaborative message from MAHA UK at RTX.
With brake testing regulations updated in April this year, placing greater emphasis on testing braking systems under real-world conditions to improve road safety, MAHA UK will showcase its compliant technology. The MBT 7250 brake tester can elevate by 250mm, simulating axle loads of up to 10 tonnes, providing an alternative to traditional laden testing when external loading isn’t possible.
Also on display will be the C_RGA mobile column lifts, which are powered by lithium-ion batteries as standard and offer more uptime and greater flexibility.
MAHA UK Managing Director, Neil Ebbs, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome John Bowler to our stand – not just as a racing icon, but as someone who has partnered with us as both a customer and friend for many years. His presence, combined with our rising roller brake tester and mobile lifts, will make our stand one of the most exciting destinations at RTX.”
MAHA UK will be based on stand G45 throughout Road Transport Expo.
