FedEx gets upgrade from Stertil-Koni

FedEx has upgraded its UK workshops with the installation of Stertil-Koni 2-post and 4-post vehicle lifts across five sites including Kidderminster, Pontyclun, Durham, Bradford and Maidstone.
The 12-tonne capacity ST4120 4-Post Lift gives FedEx workshops the ability to handle a range of commercial vehicles. Its low drive-on height aims to simplify positioning, while ramps fold away automatically to leave an obstruction-free area around the lift. Adjustable platforms allows technicians to work on vehicles with varying axle widths.
It also features electronic hydraulic control, automatic mechanical locking and built-in overload protection.
The SK2055EFA FREEDOMLIFT features double-telescopic arms with hinged elbow joints, allowing engineers to position vehicles efficiently, while the rapid lifting cycle, reaching 2045mm in 39 seconds, helps FedEx workshops maximise productivity. Additionally, the FREEDOMLIFT offers instant wheel-free access, so no additional equipment such as jacking beams is needed to service the wheels.
With a baseless construction and no rigid overhead crossbars, technicians benefit from all-round access to vehicles and features such as an independent locking system, overload protection, and protective shielding for hydraulic and electrical components, ensure reliability during operation.
