Laser Tools’ compressed-air tyre bead seater

Ideal for both workshop-based and mobile tyre fitters, the compressed-air tyre bead seater from Laser Tools (part number 8771) simplifies fitting the tyre bead on the rim of light commercial vehicles.

This hand-held tool is especially useful when the air volume from the tyre valve is insufficient to seat the bead correctly.

With a six-litre tank capacity, the bead seater charges easily using the workshop compressed air supply, reaching a maximum pressure of 145psi. For safety, a valve automatically activates when the maximum operating pressure is achieved.

Operation is straightforward: once charged, aim the outlet nozzle between the tyre bead and wheel rim, then press the one-shot trigger to discharge the full charge of compressed air, instantly sealing the bead. Then use the tyre inflator to bring the tyre to the correct pressure.
