Fleet management software company r2c Online has released a complete guide to Earned Recognition with guidance from DVSA.
The guide explains how the scheme can raise industry standards and what is needed to take part. Melanie York, Earned Recognition Product Specialist at DVSA, includes an informative ‘myth buster’ section to emphasise what the process involves.
It also focuses on the KPIs needed for both vehicle maintenance and driving activities, with information on how operators can apply.
The release of the guide follows r2c’s successful Earned Recognition seminars at Bramall Lane and Villa Park, focusing on how fleets can benefit from current industry changes. Guest speakers Philip Lapczuk of DVSA and Sam Varrall of FTA delivered the facts on Earned Recognition.
The events also explored best practice compliance through first-hand case studies from Wincanton, Cemex and Mick George, with a showcase of r2c’s Exemplar software package for Earned Recognition.
Nick Walls, Managing Director at r2c Online, said: “We decided to host these seminars due to the overwhelming interest we were receiving about the pilot and our Exemplar software package. Earned Recognition represents the industry’s need for modernisation, and as r2c has dedicated over 14 years to digital compliance, we are determined to make compliance processes easier for operators.
“We’re pleased to have produced this guide with the DVSA, compiling all the information needed for operators interested in taking part and enabling them to make an informed decision.”
r2c Online is making the guide available to download for free from its website.
