Streamlining maintenance

Developed for HGV technicians working on BPW axle and suspension systems, the 8768 and 8769 hub pullers from Laser Tools are intended to streamline maintenance tasks on BPW ECO Plus 2 and ECO Plus 3 systems.

Specifically designed for the BPW ECO Plus 3 systems, the 8768 hub puller screws directly in place of the hub cover, so the hub can be removed from the axle in line with OEM guidelines. With an M135 x 2.0mm internal thread, it matches the OEM specification 04 040 40 24 0, ensuring a precise fit for technicians.

The 8769 hub puller provides the same ease of use for BPW ECO Plus 2 systems, including ECO Plus and ECO MAXX systems. This tool also replaces the hub cover to make it easier to remove the hub. It features an M136 x 2.5mm internal thread, equivalent to the OEM part 902140375, guaranteeing compatibility and performance.

Constructed from heavy-duty steel, both pullers are built to last and come with a robust force screw for hand tool use only, preventing the risk of damage associated with air tools. They include a 43mm hexagon drive on the tool body and a 30mm hex on the force screw.
