Teroson introduces fast-curing sealant

According to Teroson, its latest sealant can rebuild OEM seams as good as new straight from the dispenser.

This can typically save up to 25% of the rebuild time per job – based on an average of 120 minutes per repair – as there is no need for additional masking, priming or special tools such as a spreader. Using the Teroson MS 9320 SF, operatives can rebuild OEM approved standard seams, brushed heads, spray seams, PVC structure seams, flat stream seams, wide stream seams and OEM textures. The result is a seam that will look and function just like the OEM original. Available in three colour choices – black, grey and ochre – Teroson MS 9320 SF will adhere to many different surfaces without primer yet with good elasticity when cured so it will support movement without cracking. The sealant is fast-curing and can be painted after 10 minutes and up to three days after application. Water-based coatings adhere well to the sealant after skin formation, reducing the risk of unwanted air pockets or uneven surfaces compromising the end result.
