Eminox expands aftermarket range of DPFs

Eminox has expanded its aftermarket range of accredited diesel particulate filters (DPFs).

DPFs are a key component in ensuring Euro VI emissions compliance, enabling operators to meet regulations within the growing number of Clean Air Zones (CAZs) across the UK, including London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and Greater Manchester’s planned CAZ.

DPFs trap carcinogenic particles from exhaust gases, but faulty or blocked filters risk non-compliance with emissions standards and internal damage, as well as increased engine loads and higher fuel consumption.

Storied history

Built on 42 years of experience of designing and manufacturing exhaust aftertreatment systems, Eminox’s range of independently certified, high quality DPFs provide a cost-effective, typeapproved alternative to potentially high cost OEM parts, enabling operators to keep their fleets on the road while reducing expenditure. Each DPF comes with a complete fitting kit and includes a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.

Meeting all standards

Manufactured in the UK, the direct-fit DPFs comply with ISO and TS quality standards. Eminox’s factory, processes, tooling and quality are all independently certified to meet the tight tolerances of the OEM products its DPFs replace and achieve the internationally recognised IATF 16949:2016 standard. They have (EU) No.582/2011 European Type Approval certification. Eminox’s comprehensive range of Aftermarket filters are approved for use in the majority of Euro VI vehicles on UK roads today, and are available for an ever-increasing range of vehicle manufacturers, including DAF, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes, Renault, Scania and Volvo.
