Additional components such as an oil filter and housing, providing a time-saving plug-and-play solution for workshops committed to reliable oil filtration and engine cooling have been added to Nissens’ oil cooler range.
The complete oil cooler assembly is more complex than the standalone oil cooler, but purchasing the complete unit ensures that all the components operate in synchronisation, thereby prolonging the lifespan of the engine and its associated components.
The product is designed and manufactured for the aftermarket and all components and materials meet Genuine Nissens Quality and are benchmarked against the original equipment (OE) parts. Therefore, the development required extensive tests for each of their elements to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of the complete unit and perfectly matching, or even surpass the performance of the OE components. The new oil cooler assemblies are part of the company’s ‘first fit’ programme, which means that they are not only supplied with gaskets included, but with them pre-mounted on the unit to help technicians save time during the installation process. The extension of the oil cooler assembly aftermarket programme includes 13 new items in addition to an existing range of 23 products covering a total of over 220 OE references.
