Renault Trucks UK and Ireland has announced the expansion of its dealer network with the opening of a service point in Gloucester.
Working with Renault Trucks’ wholly owned dealer group, Renault Truck Commercials, South West Truck & Van joins 71 other strategically located sites across the UK and Ireland providing support to owner drivers and large fleet operators.
Opened in July 2020, the 2.5 acre site is located in Gloucester and is one of three South West Truck & Van commercial vehicle dealerships.
Reporting to Renault Truck Commercials South West in Bristol, the site will enhance the manufacturer’s dealer network in the Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire areas.

South West Truck & Van has a team of six technicians based at the Gloucester site, which is expected to grow throughout 2021 as South West Truck & Van establishes itself as a Renault Trucks partner and develops its existing used vehicle, sales and rental operations.
The Gloucester service point is fully equipped with all of the latest diagnostic and repair equipment, and as a result of the partnership is an Authorised Repairer for Renault Trucks. It will also offer all aspects of the aftersales service with genuine parts sold over the counter or delivered to customers and provide key strategic support for Renault Trucks’ 24/7 roadside assistance service for the area.
