Key decision makers from Arriva, City Sightseeing, First, Go Ahead, National Express, Megabus, Metroline, RATP Dev, Tower Transit, Stagecoach and Transdev – some of the UK and Europe’s biggest bus and coach operators – have confirmed they’ll be heading to Euro Bus Expo at the NEC Birmingham later this month.
Doors open on Tuesday 30th October, with 9,000+ attendees expected over three days. The compelling line-up that awaits them includes around 300 exhibitors representing, every link of the supply chain (of which 51 will be making their show debut this year), plus 130 vehicles on display.
“As the biggest bus and coach event in Europe this year, Euro Bus Expo is set to bring all the leading innovators, influencers, trailblazers, key buyers and senior decision makers together ‘under one roof’. From our speakers and exhibitors, to the visitors themselves – the who’s who of this dynamic industry will be there doing business over three action-packed days,” says Event Director Helen Conway.
“I look forward to attending Euro Bus Expo, it enables me to keep up-to-date with new products and ideas, plus gives me the opportunity to network. There’s always something new and exciting to see,” says Matt Evans, MD of Centrebus.
“Euro Bus Expo is the ‘one stop shop’ for seeing and evaluating developments in vehicles, technology, emerging products and innovation. It also provides an excellent chance to network with a wide range of vehicle manufacturers, OE and aftermarket suppliers. It’s an absolute must for anyone involved in the bus and coach industries,” says Ian Warr, Engineering Director at First UK Bus.
“Euro Bus Expo is a fantastic show, which covers all aspects of the PSV Industry all under one roof. There is a nice mixture of both vehicle manufacturers, aftermarket sales and new products and designs on show. It’s one of those events that is very much welcomed by the industry,” says Paul Lee, Procurement Director UK bus at Stagecoach.
“I always enjoy attending the show to see the latest innovations and developments, gather new ideas and meet suppliers. There’s nothing like having all the options under one roof to help shape our buying decisions,” says Robert Williams, CEO of Reading Buses.
“It’s a must in the diary. The best part…networking – being able to conduct all your meets and greets under one roof in a friendly atmosphere surrounded by like-minded individuals all striving to achieve the best in their roles within their respective businesses. It’s a great day out!” says Christine Grierson, Regional Purchasing Manager – Midlands at Arriva Midlands.
