Phoenix Training Centre explains its evolution

Alison Fastnedge, Phoenix Training Centre Training and HR Manager, tells us how the company has evolved and made great strides since its CVW debut in May 2019 – despite the COVID-19 pandemic in-between.

Based close to Heathrow but also offering off-site training, Phoenix Training Centre is now accredited to provide manager CPC training and refresher courses – Heathrow’s only training centre to offer these courses.

Also available are driver CPC, first aid and mental health awareness, among others. Our trainers can also deliver clients bespoke courses to their employees.

Interestingly, there are rooms also available for outside hire for training or meetings, and these are ideally located close to Heathrow, with excellent accessibility and transport lines. High speed internet connectivity aids the delivery of content and enables smooth, seamless meetings, with various room configurations available.

Continued development

Meanwhile, another arm to our business, Phoenix Van Truck and Trailer Maintenance, has prospered in its new premises and has added a dedicated MOT class 4, 5 and 7 test lane, while plans are ongoing for an ATF facility.

Phoenix Training Centre

The new 22,000sqft four-bay trailer workshop is operating with an inspection pit and rolling road brake testing facility, and it is staffed by a specialist providing this often-overlooked service.

Due to its success, Phoenix Van, Truck and Trailer Maintenance is now open for business from 6am to midnight, five days-a- week and Saturday mornings, much to the delight of our time conscious clients!
